We recommend 2 capsules per day . It is best to take the capsules with a meal and plenty of liquid. We recommend a large glass (250ml) of water. Daily portion: up to 4 capsules

NUI Vitamin B Complex

We recommend 1 capsule per day . It is best to take the capsule in the morning after breakfast with plenty of liquid. We recommend a large glass (250ml) of water. No coffee or black tea, as the caffeine they contain has a negative effect and, above all, reduces the absorption of B vitamins. Do not take at the same time as large amounts of vitamin C, as this can interfere with the absorption of B12. Therefore, as a preventative measure, there should be an interval of around 30 minutes between taking the B complex and vitamin C.
