Application
We recommend 2 capsules per day . It is best to take one capsule each morning and evening before a meal with plenty of liquid . We recommend a large glass (250ml) of water.
Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you have an overactive thyroid, you should discuss use with a doctor beforehand.
Note: Do not exceed the recommended intake. Keep out of reach of small children. Product is not a substitute for a varied diet.
