The seed capsules or fruits of the thistle contain the active ingredient silymarin. Our milk thistle extract contains 500 mg per vegan capsule, of which 400 mg (80%) is highly dosed and extracted silymarin.

Application
We recommend 1 capsule per day . It is best to take the capsule with a meal and plenty of liquid. We recommend a large glass (250ml) of water.
